JAMIL ERIC WILKINS

Head Coach
MS, CSCS,*D, CSPS, CSAC

As a track athlete of over 15 years, Coach Wilkins now transcends competition as an articular strength coach; bringing with him a myriad of carefully blended concepts and experience in the areas of enhancing human performance, rehabilitation, and using mobility and musculoskeletal awareness to promote healthy sports performance.

Coach Wilkins also consults with sports medicine doctors, physical therapists, and movement specialists interested in developing mobility, improving joint strength, and increasing body control. He has learned that these three areas are essential in maximizing movement potential safely, efficiently, and effectively; reinforcing joint health and longevity; and improving the function of the nervous system, thus leading to a reduction of pain and injury.

As he continues to grow as both a competitive athlete and strength coach, Coach Wilkins is invested in applying his basic training methods to help athletes and non-athletes alike reduce incidence of injury, restore health post-injury, and maintain and improve health.
